What is ExamsQA?
ExamsQA is a premium platform designed to help professionals and students ace their certification exams. We provide high-quality practice questions, detailed explanations, and realistic exam simulations that mirror the actual testing environment.

How do I access my purchased exams?
Immediately after your payment is processed, your account will be upgraded. You can find all your active exams by going to your Dashboard and clicking on "My Exams". You don't need to wait for any activation email.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We support a wide range of payment methods to make your purchase seamless. We process payments securely through Stripe and Dodo Payments. You can pay using:

  • All major Credit & Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

  • Local payment methods supported by our gateways

Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. ExamsQA does not store your credit card details. All transactions are handled by Stripe and Dodo Payments, which are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant service providers. Your data is encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology.

Exam Access & PDF Downloads

Do my purchased exams or PDFs expire?
Access duration depends on the plan you purchased:

  • Standard/Starter Packs: Usually provide access for a fixed duration (e.g., 90 days)

  • Pro/Mastery Plans: Often include extended or lifetime access features

Once your access period expires, the online simulator will be disabled. However, any PDFs you downloaded during your active subscription remain yours to keep for offline study.

How do I download the PDF version?
If your plan includes PDF access, a download button will appear on the Exam details page in your dashboard. You can download the PDF and study on any device (Phone, Tablet, or PC) without an internet connection.

Can I update my exam material?
Yes! While your subscription is active, you will receive all updates and new questions added to the exam at no extra cost. We constantly monitor certification changes to ensure our content is up-to-date.
