DMCA & Copyright Policy

ExamsQA respects the intellectual property rights of others. Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, ExamsQA will respond expeditiously to valid claims of copyright infringement submitted to our designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of a valid notice, ExamsQA will take whatever action it deems appropriate, including removal of the allegedly infringing materials and termination of access for repeat infringers.
1. Notices of Claimed Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on ExamsQA infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our Copyright Agent containing all of the following:
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including registration number where applicable.
Identification of the infringing material on our platform, including the URL or location details.
Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
A good faith statement that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized agent.
Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
2. What Happens After We Receive Your Notice
ExamsQA may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. In the event we remove or disable access to such material, ExamsQA will promptly notify the person responsible for posting it. Repeat infringers will have their access terminated in appropriate circumstances.
3. Counter-Notifications
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent that includes:
- Identification of the material removed and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief of mistake
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email
- Consent to jurisdiction of your local federal district court and acceptance of service of process
