DMCA & Copyright Policy

ExamsQA respects the intellectual property rights of others. Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, ExamsQA will respond expeditiously to valid claims of copyright infringement submitted to our designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of a valid notice, ExamsQA will take whatever action it deems appropriate, including removal of the allegedly infringing materials and termination of access for repeat infringers.

1. Notices of Claimed Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on ExamsQA infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our Copyright Agent containing identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact info, a good faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury.

2. What Happens After We Receive Your Notice

ExamsQA may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. In the event we remove or disable access to such material, ExamsQA will promptly notify the person responsible for posting it.

3. Counter-Notifications

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent.
